A short Manual
- Capture an exposure sequence with a tripod. A successful exposure sequence is the premise for a successful DRI image.
- Load your pictures one after each other with the "open"-panel. You can also drop several images or your whole sequence on the image view of the app. The images are always sorted automatically by brightness without using the EXIF data!
- If you got in your whole exposure sequence you can adjust the preview size according to the speed of your mac. On a core2duo 2.33ghz, the preview runs with 4-5 sequence-images at 720px with no problems.
- If your images are not aligned properly (not congruent) press the "Align Images" button in order to automatically align your images to each other. The computation time depends on the speed of your computer but also on imagesize and count and may take some seconds.
- Slide the "Threshold"-slider to the left and look at your image. The images are crossfaded in real time. Do more finetuning with the other sliders. Play as long until you are satisfied with the image.
The appropriate settings differ on every single szene, so be creative. - No you can let the programme calculate the full resolution by klicking on the "Full Resolution" button on the right. When the work is done, you hear a sound and the image is ready to be saved as jpg png or tiff. (Look at the "Preferences" tab).
- If you klick the reset button, all images are pushed off the stack and you can load in a new exposure sequence.
